As used in ORS § 128.520, ’employees’ trust’ means a trust of real or personal property forming part of a pension, profit sharing, stock bonus, annuity, disability or death benefit plan of an employer or group of employers for the benefit of the employees of the employer or group of employers, to which contributions are made by such employers or employees, or both, for the purpose of distributing income or principal, or both, to such employees or the beneficiaries of such employees.   • Annuity: A periodic (usually annual) payment of a fixed sum of money for either the life of the recipient or for a fixed number of years. A series of payments under a contract from an insurance company, a trust company, or an individual. Annuity payments are made at regular intervals over a period of more than one full year.
  • Personal property: All property that is not real property.
