A judgment of commitment to the custody of the Department of Corrections need only specify the duration of confinement as provided in ORS § 137.120. Thereafter the manner of the confinement and the treatment and employment of a person shall be regulated and governed by whatever law is then in force prescribing the discipline, treatment and employment of persons committed.
