Copies of the fire prevention code referred to in ORS § 264.342 shall be filed with the Department of the State Fire Marshal and a copy shall be posted at each fire station within the domestic water supply district. [1953 c.206 § 4; 2003 c.802 § 87; 2021 c.539 § 110]
