All documents required in carrying out ORS § 273.522 to 273.541 shall be executed by the Director of the Department of State Lands, and all bonds, contracts and other instruments required by ORS § 273.522 to 273.541 for the protection of the interests of the state shall be delivered to the Department of State Lands. [Formerly 273.325]
