Oregon Statutes 273.591 – Natural Areas Program Account
The Natural Areas Program Account is established within the General Fund of the State Treasury. All moneys received by the State Parks and Recreation Department for the purposes of ORS § 273.563 to 273.591 shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to the account. All moneys in the account are continuously appropriated for the use of the department in carrying out the provisions of ORS § 273.563 to 273.591. [1979 c.711 § 8; 2009 c.217 § 8; 2011 c.319 § 16]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 273.591
- Department: means the Department of State Lands. See Oregon Statutes 273.006
- State Treasury: includes those financial assets the lawful custody of which are vested in the State Treasurer and the office of the State Treasurer relating to the custody of those financial assets. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
