The Oregon Department of Administrative Services shall direct and be responsible for the acquisition, operation, maintenance, storage, repair and replacement of and access to motor vehicles under its control. The department shall utilize all state facilities available for the maintenance, repair and storage of such motor vehicles. [Formerly 291.712; 1993 c.335 § 6]
