The primary sponsors of projects listed in ORS § 285B.503 are authorized to enter into agreements with agencies of the United States for the project and, notwithstanding any other provision of law, may each agree to be bound by any requirement imposed by an Act of the United States Congress as a condition of federal participation in the project. [1997 c.644 § 11]
