Upon the filing of the certificate as to the amount of revenue to be raised for state purposes and apportionment of a levy, as required by ORS § 291.445, the Oregon Department of Administrative Services shall immediately transmit an accurate transcript of the apportionment, if any, to the county clerks and county assessors of the several counties.
