Every distributor and dealer or other person engaging in the sale of cigarettes through the use of one or more vending machines, must affix in a conspicuous place on each machine, a card or decal bearing the name, telephone number, address, and place of business of the operator or owner who regularly places cigarettes in the vending machine. If a person fails to comply with this section the Department of Revenue may seize the vending machine and its contents. [1971 c.260 § 2 (enacted in lieu of 323.210)]
