There shall be and hereby are appropriated out of the highway fund annually such sums of money established under ORS § 366.739 out of all moneys credited to the highway fund by the State Treasurer between July 1 of any year and June 30 of the following year that are subject to the appropriation under this section by ORS § 366.739. The appropriation shall be distributed among the several cities as provided in ORS § 366.785 to 366.820.
