Nothing in ORS § 390.805 to 390.925 affects the jurisdiction or responsibility of other state agencies with respect to boating, fishing, hunting, water pollution, health or fire control; except that such state agencies shall endeavor to perform their responsibilities in a manner consistent with the purposes of ORS § 390.805 to 390.925.
