Within seven working days after the first of each month, the Department of Human Services shall send to the citizen review board state administrative office the federally required report listing all children and wards in substitute care. The report must include the dates of placement and the dates by which a review must be conducted. [1993 c.412 § 5 (enacted in lieu of 1993 c.33 § 29); 2003 c.396 § 18]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 419A.104
- Department: means the Department of Human Services. See Oregon Statutes 419A.004
- Substitute care: means an out-of-home placement directly supervised by the department or other agency, including placement in a foster family home, group home, child-caring agency as defined in ORS § 418. See Oregon Statutes 419A.004
