The Oregon Youth Authority may deposit money belonging to adjudicated youths or others in youth authority custody in a trust account in the State Treasury separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the account, if any, shall accrue to the benefit of the account. [1995 c.422 § 12a; 2013 c.229 § 11; 2021 c.489 § 141]
