The Residential Facilities Ombudsman appointed under ORS § 443.382 may solicit and accept gifts, grants and donations from public and private sources for the purpose of carrying out ORS § 443.380 to 443.394 and the moneys shall be deposited in the Long Term Care Ombudsman Account established under ORS § 441.419.
