All moneys received by the Department of Consumer and Business Services under ORS § 446.003 to 446.200 and 446.225 to 446.285 shall be paid into the Consumer and Business Services Fund created by ORS § 705.145. The moneys received under this section are continuously appropriated to the department for use as provided in ORS § 446.423.
