When it appears to an inspecting authority that any person is engaged or about to engage in an act or practice which is in violation of ORS § 446.155 to 446.200 or the rules and regulations issued thereunder, the inspecting authority may, without bond, obtain an order from an appropriate circuit court enjoining such act or practice. [1969 c.295 § 10]
