Fees collected by the Department of Consumer and Business Services pursuant to ORS § 446.003 and 446.395 to 446.420 shall be deposited in the Consumer and Business Services Fund established by ORS § 705.145 and are continuously appropriated to the department for use as provided in ORS § 446.423.
