Oregon Statutes 451.420 – District may construct and operate service facilities

When authorized as provided in ORS § 451.410 to 451.610 a district may construct, maintain and operate any or all of the service facilities specified in ORS § 451.010. [1955 c.685 § 2; 1963 c.515 § 8; 1973 c.785 § 6]
