Each provision of ORS § 453.605 to 453.800 or rules pursuant thereto supersedes any inconsistent provision of any ordinance, resolution, regulation, rule or order of any county, city, other political subdivision or public corporation of this state. [1961 c.664 § 14; 1973 c.90 § 4]

- City: includes any incorporated village or town. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
