The Persistent Pollutant Control Account is established, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Moneys may be credited to the account from any public or private source. Moneys in the account are continuously appropriated to the Department of Environmental Quality and may be used only for the purposes described in ORS § 468B.139 to 468B.142. [2007 c.696 § 7]
