All penalties recovered under ORS § 536.930 shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to an account of the Water Resources Department. Such moneys are continuously appropriated to the department to carry out the provisions of ORS chapters 536 to 543A. [1989 c.618 § 8; 1999 c.873 § 22]

  • State Treasury: includes those financial assets the lawful custody of which are vested in the State Treasurer and the office of the State Treasurer relating to the custody of those financial assets. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
