(1) In the administration of ORS § 537.505 to 537.795 and 537.992, the Water Resources Commission shall collect in advance, the fees set forth in ORS § 539.081 for any service similar to any of those referred to in ORS § 539.081.

  • State Treasury: includes those financial assets the lawful custody of which are vested in the State Treasurer and the office of the State Treasurer relating to the custody of those financial assets. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
