(1) No person shall fail to cooperate with the State Department of Agriculture in the administration or enforcement of ORS § 569.175 to 569.195, or rules promulgated pursuant thereto, nor otherwise violate any provision of ORS § 569.175 to 569.195.

- Violate: includes failure to comply. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
(2) In addition to any other remedy provided by law, the department may bring suit in circuit court to enjoin or restrain any person from violating any provision of ORS § 569.175 to 569.195 or any rule promulgated thereunder. [Formerly 452.630]
