Oregon Statutes 618.131 – Weights and measures licenses in addition to other licenses; effect of conflicting laws

(1) The licenses required by ORS § 618.010 to 618.246 are in addition to any other licenses required by law.

(2) If ORS § 618.010 to 618.246 and 618.991 are in conflict with any other statutes, ordinances or regulations, the provisions of ORS § 618.010 to 618.246 and 618.991 take precedence. [1973 c.293 § 53; 2005 c.22 § 426]
