(1) A person shall not manufacture for sale, or sell or exchange, or expose or offer for sale or exchange, any condensed or evaporated milk, or any substance containing any milk or milk products and designed or intended to be used or capable of being used for or as a substitute for condensed or evaporated milk, if the milk used in the manufacture thereof is unlawful as defined under ORS § 621.226.

Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 621.410

  • Milk: means the lacteal secretion of cows, sheep and goats. See Oregon Statutes 621.003
  • Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100

(2) A person shall not manufacture for sale, or sell or expose, or offer for sale or exchange, any condensed or evaporated milk containing any vegetable fat. [Amended by 1999 c.197 § 51]
