(1) A partnership is an entity distinct from its partners.
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 67.050
- Limited liability partnership: means a partnership that has registered under ORS § 67. See Oregon Statutes 67.005
(2) A limited liability partnership continues to be the same entity that existed before the filing of a registration under ORS § 67.603 and remains the same entity if its registration ceases. [1997 c.775 § 6]
