In addition to any other legal remedy which may be available, a foreign limited liability partnership shall have the right to appeal the Secretary of State‘s revocation of its authority to transact business in this state pursuant to the provisions of ORS Chapter 183. [1997 c.775 § 77]

  • Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
