A licensee may request in writing to the Oregon Medical Board a limitation of license to practice medicine or podiatry, respectively. The board may grant such request for limitation and shall have authority, if it deems appropriate, to attach conditions to the license of the licensee within the provisions of ORS § 677.205 and 677.410 to 677.425. Removal of a voluntary limitation on licensure to practice medicine or podiatry shall be determined by the board. [1975 c.796 § 5; 1981 c.339 § 1; 1983 c.486 § 41]
