The State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Account is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. All moneys received by the State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology under this chapter shall be deposited into the account and are continuously appropriated to the board for the administration and enforcement of this chapter and ORS § 676.850.
