(1) The Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine shall give opportunity for hearing as provided in ORS Chapter 183 when the board proposes to:

  • Naturopathic medicine: means the discipline that includes physiotherapy, natural healing processes and minor surgery and has as its objective the maintaining of the body in, or of restoring it to, a state of normal health. See Oregon Statutes 685.010

(a) Refuse to issue a license;

(b) Refuse to renew a license; or

(c) Impose any of the sanctions set forth in ORS § 685.110.
