An individual listed in ORS § 696.030 may not make a demand for the compensation of a real estate licensee under ORS § 696.290. [2017 c.234 § 7]

696.292 was added to and made a part of ORS Chapter 696 by legislative action but was not added to any smaller series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
