Nothing in ORS § 86.160 to 86.185 shall pertain to a mortgage banking company or mortgage servicing company except that if the terms of the mortgage do not conform to the requirements of ORS § 86.165, the borrower shall be notified prior to the execution of the mortgage. [1977 c.427 § 5]
