- City: includes any incorporated village or town. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
- Department: means the State Department of Agriculture. See Oregon Statutes 607.005
- Livestock: means animals of the bovine species, horses, mules, asses, sheep, goats and swine. See Oregon Statutes 607.005
