The commerce corporation shall be responsible for providing administrative and other support services to the council.

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- council: means the broadband advisory council established pursuant to the provisions of § 42-163-4. See Rhode Island General Laws 42-163-1
