The board may adopt rules governing its proceedings as provided for in § 40-1-60 and may adopt an official seal bearing the words "South Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy". The board shall promulgate regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter including, but not limited to, promulgating in regulation a code of ethics.
