- Board: means the South Carolina Board of Social Work Examiners. See South Carolina Code 40-63-20
In addition to initiating a criminal proceeding for a violation of this chapter, the board may seek civil penalties and injunctive relief in accordance with § 40-1-210, providing for civil actions through the Administrative Law Court for injunctive relief as provided in other sections of this chapter.
