The certificate and tables specified in § 49-19-1760 shall be prepared in a well-bound book and filed in the office of each of the clerks of the court of common pleas of the counties having lands in the district where they shall become a permanent record of the office. The book shall be prepared by the secretary of the board of supervisors at the expense of the drainage district, shall be designated as the Drainage Tax Record and each clerk shall receive a fee of one dollar for filing the book and preserving it.
