(a) All references in Tennessee Code Annotated to “Korean Conflict” are hereby amended to read “Korean War.”

Terms Used In Tennessee Code 1-3-117

  • Code: includes the Tennessee Code and all amendments and revisions to the code and all additions and supplements to the code. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the several territories of the United States. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
(b) All references to “Korean Conflict” included within the official publications, communications, memoranda, letters, public records, legal documents and all other official records of the State of Tennessee shall be deemed to read “Korean War” on April 13, 2000.
