Terms Used In Tennessee Code 37-5-504
- Child: means :
(i) A person under eighteen (18) years of age. See Tennessee Code 37-5-103 - State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the several territories of the United States. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
All child caring institutions, child placing agencies and maternity homes chartered in this state prior to July 1, 2000, shall be subject to all of its requirements.
