Terms Used In Tennessee Code 55-21-206
- Agriculture: means :
(i) The land, buildings and machinery used in the commercial production of farm products and nursery stock. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105 - Commissioner: means the commissioner of agriculture. See Tennessee Code 55-21-201
- Department: means the department of agriculture. See Tennessee Code 55-21-201
- Director: means the director of the quality and standards division of the department. See Tennessee Code 55-21-201
This part shall be enforced by the commissioner of agriculture. The commissioner may delegate this enforcement authority to the director of the quality and standards division of the department.
