Tennessee Code 65-2-103 – Petitions to be in writing – Filing fees

(a) Every petition filed with the commission shall be in writing and shall be accompanied by a filing fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).

Commission: means the Tennessee public utility commission. See Tennessee Code 65-2-101

(b) Any petition filed on behalf of multiple parties shall be accompanied by a payment of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each party.
