(a) All loan agreements entered into pursuant to this part shall be subject to approval by the commissioner of finance and administration and, as to form, by the attorney general and reporter.

Terms Used In Tennessee Code 68-221-508

  • Department: means the department of environment and conservation. See Tennessee Code 68-221-502
  • Reporter: Makes a record of court proceedings and prepares a transcript, and also publishes the court's opinions or decisions (in the courts of appeals).
  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the several territories of the United States. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
(b) All payments by the state pursuant to such agreements shall be made upon warrant by the commissioner of finance and administration on vouchers approved by the department, and such payments shall be subject to audit at any time.
