Terms Used In Tennessee Code 68-30-101
- Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
- Part: means an organ, an eye, or tissue of a human being. See Tennessee Code 68-30-102
This part shall be known and may be cited as the “Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act.”
