(a) If an application for a license or amendment under this chapter is denied, the director shall notify the applicant in writing of the reason or reasons for the denial.

Terms Used In Tennessee Code 53-14-108

  • Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
  • Commissioner: means the commissioner of health. See Tennessee Code 53-14-103
  • Director: means the director of the board of pharmacy elected pursuant to §. See Tennessee Code 53-14-103
(b) The applicant may, within thirty (30) days of the date of the notification, submit responsive materials for consideration by the commissioner.
