Terms Used In Tennessee Code 69-5-711
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the several territories of the United States. See Tennessee Code 1-3-105
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
All warrants shall be drawn upon the county trustee as ordinary county warrants are drawn, but shall be payable only out of the fund provided for the district, and shall so state upon their face.
