- Mobile dental facility: means either of the following:
(i) A self-contained, intact facility in which dentistry or dental hygiene is practiced that may be transported from 1 location to another. See Michigan Laws 333.21601
This part does not require new or additional third-party reimbursement or mandated worker’s compensation benefits for services rendered at a mobile dental facility.
