Terms Used In Texas Business and Commerce Code 303.002
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
The telephone solicitation of a contribution from a person in this state is considered to be engaging in telephone solicitation in this state regardless of where the solicitation originates.
