(a) A responsible organization shall note in the organization’s ownership interest records maintained under § 3.151 the receipt of a demand for payment from any dissenting owner made under § 10.356.
(b) If an ownership interest that is the subject of a demand for payment made under § 10.356 is transferred, a new certificate representing that ownership interest must contain:
(1) a reference to the demand; and
(2) the name of the original dissenting owner of the ownership interest.
