Terms Used In Texas Business Organizations Code 251.003
- Association: means an entity governed as an association under Title 6 or 7. See Texas Business Organizations Code 1.002
- Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
This chapter does not apply to a corporation or association organized on a cooperative basis under a statute of this state other than this chapter unless that other statute specifically states that this chapter does apply.
