Terms Used In Texas Business Organizations Code 6.156
- Ownership interest: means an owner's interest in an entity. See Texas Business Organizations Code 1.002
A pledged ownership interest may be voted by:
(1) the owner of the pledged interest until the interest is transferred into the pledgee’s name; and
(2) the pledgee after the pledged interest is transferred into the pledgee’s name.
